Nothing to complain about, I liked this place, recommend. Everything was perfect, the parking was on the grounds, the room was well-appointed and new-fashioned. The hotel was situated in the residential location by a neighborhood. Moreover, it was near to a lovely waterfall, the sunken garden and s steps. The staff were all excellent and amicable.

The value for money was great, especially considering the unique experience of staying in a refurbished castle. The room was like something out of a fairytale, with beautiful decor and medieval windows. The location offered fantastic views over the Firth of Clyde, and the staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety or options.

We stayed for a weekend getaway and loved everything about Castle Levan. The hosts were lovely, the breakfast choices were great, and the rooms were luxurious with their own bathrooms. The dining area in the middle was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the top of the castle. The conservatory and the nearby waterfall added to the charm. It was easy to get a taxi into town for restaurants and pubs, making it a convenient location. Brilliant value for money and a truly unique experience. Thank you Castle Levan!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

You won't regret staying in this unique Scottish castle accommodation. the location is surprisingly in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, with houses built right up to the castle. the waterfall nearby is a lovely touch. the Lairds Chamber was our favourite, with a fantastic ensuite bathroom, comfortable bed and wonderful view from the rooftop. Breakfast was superb, with freshly made dishes. the owners were so hospitable and caring. We loved all the medieval-themed features, including the suit of armour and dragon in the sunken garden.
The exterior of the hotel could use some renovation.

What a quirky and charming place to stay! The decor really made us feel like we had traveled back in time. We especially loved the unique and comfortable conservatory, which was the perfect place to relax while listening to the nearby waterfall. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served in a room with some armor. The location was also great, surrounded by greenery and quiet despite being close to other buildings.
We did experience a few drawbacks during our stay. The ground-floor suite was a bit chilly, even in summer, and we struggled with the uneven floors and low-hanging arches.
